A minimum of 25 folks have been killed at a faculty in western Uganda by rebels linked to the Islamic State group.

Police say the assault on Friday was carried out by the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) – a Ugandan group primarily based within the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
