ABOARD AIR FORCE ONE, March 13 (Reuters) – America needs to re-establish common communications with China and President Joe Biden expects to talk with Chinese language chief Xi Jinping by cellphone someday after authorities returns to work from the nation’s parliamentary session, U.S. nationwide safety adviser Jake Sullivan stated.
