Elisabeth Hasselbeck started her TV career on the second season of “Survivor” but became a household name when she joined “The View” as a co-host in 2003. Elisabeth auditioned to replace original host Lisa Ling, who left the show in 2002, and soon found her place on the panel as the sole conservative voice. That meant a lot of head butting over the 10 years she was on the talk show! Maybe the most memorable argument came in 2006 when she got in a heated argument with Barbara Walters over the newly-introduced Morning After pill. She believed it was akin to abortion and wouldn’t let the other women speak. Recently unearthed audio revealed that she actually tried to quit the show over the argument during the commercial break. So crazy! Well, everyone made up and she stayed on the show until 2013, when she left to be a co-host on Fox News’ “Fox and Friends”.
