Malcolm Brogdon rdy

In the offseason during offseason, this offseason, the Boston Celtics made headlines with an acquisition deal for Malcolm Brogdon.

The Celtics traded Daniel Theis, Aaron Nesmith, and a 2023 first-round selection, Nik Stauskas,

Malik Fitts and Juwan Morgan to the Indiana Pacers for the former NBA Rookie of the Year.

After having a couple of weeks to reflect on the move Celtics superstar Marcus Smart gave his thoughts. Smart is a big fan.

Here’s what he had to say, via the NESN.

I’m in love with the idea,” Smart told The Athletic. “You’ve two veterans who can benefit from each other, and can rotate and support this team in many ways.

I believe it will work perfectly. We won’t be under the burden of managing the team. We’re all in this together.”

We have two great players,” he said. “Of course, we know the talents Malcolm brings to the table.

Also, We know the qualities Gallo brings to the table. It’s thrilling to have these guys on the team.

Me personally, I’m very excited. I’m looking forward to going to their gym. I’m excited to train with them.

The Celtics made it to their first NBA Finals last season. With Brogdon joining the team, Boston could be in the race for the title again.
