SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — Japan says North Korea has launched a suspected missile towards the ocean.
Japan’s coast guard mentioned it confirmed that what gave the impression to be a North Korean missile was fired Sunday morning.
Additional launch particulars weren’t instantly out there, it mentioned.
South Korea’s Yonhap information company cited the South’s army as saying that North Korea had fired a ballistic missile towards its jap waters.
Calls to the South’s Joint Chiefs of Workers weren’t instantly answered on Sunday.
The launch, if confirmed, could be the North’s fourth spherical of weapons checks for the reason that U.S. and South Korean militaries started joint army drills final week.
The North views the drills as an invasion rehearsal.
