Sens. Mark Warner (D-Va.) and John Thune (R-S.D.) are introducing laws that provides the secretary of Commerce the facility to ban TikTok.
The bipartisan invoice would empower the secretary to take measures in opposition to expertise firms primarily based in six international locations labeled as international adversaries. The six international locations are China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Venezuela and Cuba.
