WASHINGTON, July 18 (Reuters) – The U.S. soldier who on Tuesday crossed into North Korea throughout a civilian tour of the border zone had been because of face disciplinary motion by the U.S. army, two U.S. officers advised Reuters, talking on situation of anonymity.

It was not clear how the soldier organized to take part in tour. A 3rd U.S. official mentioned the soldier had crossed into North Korea “willfully and with out authorization.”
