Comedian Aries Spears says that the people who are suing Tiffany Haddish and him for grooming and molestation are seeking to "extort" them.

"Listen, obviously for legal reasons, I really can't talk about anything at this time," the stand-up comic,

who is 47 was quoted in a sneak peek of the "Spears & Steinberg" podcast published via Instagram the following day.

"But I'd like to, in a way, would like to say to all of the faithful fans, I want to thank all of you for your love and support.

The representatives for Spears and Haddish 42, have yet to respond to the request of Page Six for comments.

In a lawsuit that was previously filed through Page Six, siblings only identified as Jane Doe, now 22 as well as John Doe, now 14,

and John Doe, now 14. Spears and Haddish forced them to film explicit skits as children.
