After Kim Kardashian and Scott Disick were sued for allegedly running a fake lottery scam, Bethenny Frankel made clear which side she was on

The 51-year-old former star of "The Real Housewives of New York City" commented under Page Six’s Instagram post that announced the "prettyyyyy big lawsuit."

Frankel claimed that it was also a crime for Frankel to post about a luxury giveaway in Ukraine on the day of war broke out. This is, referring to the time Russia invaded Ukraine in Feb.

Frankel has voiced her disdain for the Kardashian family and also added one of Kardashian’s famous quotes: "I have to be honest with you." You look like f-king clowns.

Many people who were past contestants are now suing Curated Businesses, the famous family, organizer, 

and company that organizes the lotteries, for allegedly selling their personal information to third parties.

According to the lawsuit, the plaintiffs claim that they were "invaded" by "hundreds of advertisers who are soliciting them with potentially offensive or unwanted content."

Disick is named as head honcho in the lawsuit with his famous relatives Kim, Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian.

Kris Jenner and Kylie Jenner also use their social media presence to promote them.
