Bradley Beal was expected to be the most coveted player in free agency in the offseason. It began to look like things were coming together

for it to happen on Tuesday. It was confirmed that it was reported by Michael Scotto of Hoopshype that

Beal will be deciding to decline the $36.4 million contract option with the team for 2022-23 and will become an unrestricted free agent.

Beal has made the decision about his future however he declined to go into details at the moment.

What Beal intended to say in his tweet is open to interpretation. Based on his response it doesn't appear that Scotto and Hoopshype had a conversation with him regarding it.

Although I believe Beal is likely to opt-out of his opportunity to become a free agent,
