The House Of Black (Black, Brody King & Buddy Matthews) were defeated in the Trios Match by Miro, Darby Allin and Sting on Saturday's All Out pay-per-view,

Black appeared to bid farewell to the fans in the NOW Arena near Chicago, IL. Based on Bryan Alvarez of The Wrestling Observer, 

Black blew a kiss to the crowd and then took an oath. The three members from the House of Black also hugged at the top of the stage, suggesting they were wrestling their final match as a team.

In the weeks leading up to the event All Out, several reports indicated that Black demanded to be released from AEW.

Raj Giri, Black "has repeatedly shown concerns about his mental health due to personal life and demoralization

due to the booking and handling of his character." Giri added that AEW did not deny the report.

Then, PWInsider confirmed Giri's report as well as adding the following "a personal situation [has been] weighing heavily on him [Black] 

and he's privately talked about taking a long, perhaps permanent, break from professional wrestling, in order to deal with the issues."

On the Sunday of this week, Fightful Select noted that an elite AEW wrestler was considering leaving the organization. 

The report didn't specify the reason for this. Black had been the wrestler who was considering making a decision to leave AEW.
