Jennette McCurdy is still sharing her experiences of the abuse she received at the hands of her maternal grandmother when she was growing up.

McCurdy is currently marketing her novel "I'm Glad My Mom Died," recently was in " Red Table Talk" along with Jada Pinkett Smith Willow Smith, and Adrienne Norris.

In a video shared by People magazine, McCurdy can be heard reading an extract from her novel that includes an email from her absent maternal grandmother, Debra.

Her mother was said to have seen photos online of the teen Nickelodeon star and an unidentified man.

She wrote "I have been so dissatisfied with yours. You were once my dreamy little angel but now you're just a tiny flabby, a SLUT all used up ..."

"Add that to the list of things you are-LIAR, CONNIVING, EVIL. You look pudgier, too. It's clear you're EATING YOUR GUILT," McCurdy continues.

A former "iCarly" actress has been candid about her struggle in battling the eating disorder that she claims was prompted, encouraged and proclaimed by her mother.

McCurdy said "What happened to my good little girl? Where did she go, and who is this monster who replaced her? You're an ugly monster now."

McCurdy says, "I told your brothers about you, and they all said they disown you, just like I do. We want nothing to do with you.

Love, mom. Or should I say Deb, since I'm no longer your mother. P.S. Send money for a new fridge, ours broke."
