The most interesting free agent that is still available prior to the first NFL games of regular-season play season has been three-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.

Beckham is known for having injured his ACL in the last Super Bowl while on the Los Angeles Rams until now the player has not contracted with any team.

There are two teams who have expressed an interest in Beckham in the offseason. Beckham has suggested via social media in the past that

the winning team of the Thursday night football match featuring both the Los Angeles Rams and the Buffalo Bills this week could be the frontrunner to sign him.

"Whoever is the winner on Thursday I'm so excited! I can't be waiting... and to the entire team who are going into the season!

May God bless you with the peace of your mind as well as physical endurance to withstand the season.

God be watching over my brothers and sisters this season make them shine and remain well! LUV"

He later clarified via social media in reply to ESPN insider Josina Anderson that he's not entirely serious about the rumor that

he'll join with the winner of Thursday's match however, he also said that he thinks that both teams may be rematching in a possible Super Bowl matchup.

"LOL Jo don't be a slave to it! I'm only half-way serious But the two teams are in the same boat... I'm just saying.

I'm thinking that the two teams starting the season could play each other in the near future. ....."
