As reported by numerous sources, a judge recently accepted Olivia Wilde her request to dismiss her ex Jason Sudeikis' custody petition.

According to court documents discovered through People Magazine, a judge was in agreement with Wilde 38 last month 

and allowed her to disqualify the custody petition filed by Sudeikis 46 in the month of October last year.

In Sudeikis petition, petition, The Ted Lasso actor was reported to have stated that he would like the couple who had previously been married to raise their children in New York City.

This is the place where the family lived before and also where their daughters Daisy 5, and son Otis 8 were born, as per court documents discovered from the Daily Mail.

The documents said, "Both Judge Powell and this Referee have agreed on the fact that New York was not the home state of the children, but California was their home state.

The court has concluded this to be the fact. New York does not have authority to consider custody petitions

since New York is not the home state for the kids," they added. In the end, the two youngsters will stay in California.
