two anonymous plaintiffs claim that comedians hired them to perform sexually explicit acts that were sexually explicit as part of a sequence of comedy sketches that were shot in 2013.
The two accusers, identified by the name of John as John Doe and Jane Doe, were seven and 14 at the time of the allegations.
Haddish's lawyer, Andrew Brettler of Lavely & Singer has sent the following message to IndieWire:

The mother now has her daughter, who is now an adult, representing herself in the suit. They will be facing the same fate of taking this illegal lawsuit.
In the document, Haddish's lawyer provided the mother of the accusers' name the name of which IndieWire won't reveal.
Reps for Aries Spears have not responded to the request of IndieWire for clarification.
