Emily Ratajkowski is one of the most famous runway queens in showbiz right now. At just 14 years old, Emily signed to Ford Models. Her career reached new heights after she appeared in Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines” music video in 2013. Since then, she has appeared in multiple fashion shows, and has also appeared in movies, such as Gone Girl and I Feel Pretty.
Now, Emily is busy working on her new A24 TV series with Lena Dunham, which is still in development. The dynamic duo already have a pilot but are working on the rest of the series, as Lena told the model that writing one is “like a long-term marriage,” Emily told Beyond Noise in October 2025.
“We have a pilot, that’s what I’m working on right now,” Emily said. “Honestly, I was really happy when the announcement went out. You put so much of your heart and soul into it, and what’s so terrifying about this process is that there’s a world where it just [doesn’t happen]. The state of TV — it’s a stressful time. People are pretty confused between AI, the strikes, streaming. It’s a really insane, high-risk situation, and that doesn’t necessarily bode well for the creative process.”
