Audiences at home were transported back to Oz for one night thanks to the NBC special Wicked: One Wonderful Night. Most of the film’s cast reunited on stage to deliver performances from Wicked: For Good, which will be released in theaters on November 21, 2025.
One cast member’s absence from the program stood out, but it definitely did not cause a problem for the show. Jonathan Bailey, who plays Fiyero, could not make it, so Bowen Yang and Ethan Slater gave their best versions of the character — and they had audiences laughing and singing along.
