Luke Combs is one of country music’s biggest and most influential stars. He began pursuing music after dropping out of college with less than a month left in his senior year, betting entirely on his songwriting and live-show hustle. His gamble paid off quickly: Luke earned his breakthrough in 2017 with “Hurricane,” his first release on a major label, which topped the charts and launched his debut album, This One’s for You. Beyond his career success, Luke has been open about his personal life. He and his wife, Nicole Combs (née Hocking), whom he married in 2020 after dating since 2016, are expanding their family once again — they’re expecting their third child, joining sons Tex Lawrence and Beau Lee.
