Anya Taylor-Joy is an actress best known for her portrayal of Beth Harmon in the hit Netflix limited series The Queen’s Gambit. Anya went on to win a Golden Globe for Best Actress – Miniseries or Television Film for her performance.
In the same year as The Queen’s Gambit, Anya also starred as Emma Woodhouse in the latest Jane Austen adaptation of Emma, which earned her a Golden Globe nomination. Her breakout role was Thomasin in the horror film The Witch. Since 2015, Anya has become one of Hollywood’s biggest rising stars.
Her other notable projects include Peaky Blinders, Glass, and Last Night in Soho.
