Demi Moore, born November 11, 1962, is an American actress who rose to fame in the early ‘80s. Demi got her big break in 1982 when she starred on ‘General Hospital’ for two years. After she completed her time on the soap opera, Demi appeared in the ensemble cast of ‘St. Elmo’s Fire.’ From there, she became a major fixation on the big screen throughout the latter half of the ‘80s and ‘90s, appearing in films like ‘Ghost,’ ‘A Few Good Men,’ ‘G.I. Jane,’ and so many more.
The actress’s personal life also made headlines. She was married to Bruce Willis from 1987-2000, welcoming three daughters together. From 2005-2013, Demi was in a highly publicized marriage with Ashton Kutcher. In 2019, Demi released her memoir ‘Inside Out,’ detailing her life in the film industry, as well as her personal life.
In recent years Moore has experienced a powerful resurgence. She earned major recognition in 2025 after starring in the body-horror film The Substance, winning her first Golden Globe and Critics’ Choice Award and securing an Oscar nomination.
