While Trisha doesn’t have any biological children of her own, she helped raise Garth’s three daughters, Taylor Mayne Minnie Brooks, August Anna Brooks, and Allie Colleen Brooks.
Garth has his three daughters with his college sweetheart and first wife, Sandy Mahl. He and Sandy tied the knot in 1986 but split in 1999 and filed for divorce in 2000. Regardless, Sandy is still a big part of her kids’ lives and they are lucky enough to have three present parents.
Garth took a break from his music career to raise his three daughters. He returned when his third daughter left for college. He announced that he would be going on a massive tour along with his wife Trisha. The tour lasted from 2014 to 2017 and he played old classics as well hits from his newer albums ‘Man Against the Machine’ and ‘Gunslinger.’
As of 2024, the singer is facing a lawsuit after being accused of sexual assault and rape by a woman who claims to have been his makeup artist. While he has denied the allegations, his wife, Trisha, has yet to comment on the matter.
