Using her new anti-Supe powers, Kimiko (Karen Fukuhara) removed Homelander’s abilities after he took control over America in his god-like position. Kimiko blasted Homelander, and he was practically incapacitated in comparison to his invincible, ruthless nature.

Upon losing his powers, Homelander was placed in the most vulnerable position viewers had ever seen him in.

Yes. Homelander finally got what he deserved in the final episode of The Boys in a brutally bloody death. Butcher (Karl Urban) seized the moment to literally butcher and pummel Homelander on live TV, extracting any wannabe-god confidence he once had.

Butcher finished off Homelander by driving a crowbar through the latter’s skull. And, as fans already know, Homelander’s death wasn’t just a physical demise for the character. It was also a public humiliation and the takedown of a dictator.

Quite a few characters died in the finale, aside from Homelander’s brutal ending. Oh Father (Daveed Diggs), The Deep (Chace Crawford), Butcher and his dog, Terror.
