Christian Slater has been a fixture on screen for five decades. He made his film debut in The Legend of Billie Jean in 1985, and his career took off from there. He has appeared in features including Heathers, Interview with the Vampire, Broken Arrow, Hard Rain, 3000 Miles to Graceland, and The Public, and he has done a large amount of voice acting over the years. On television, he won a Golden Globe and a Critics’ Choice Award for his title role in Mr. Robot. More recently, he earned a Children and Family Emmy for The Spiderwick Chronicles and joined the Dexter universe as Harry Morgan in the prequel Dexter: Original Sin.
Christian has collected numerous honors throughout his career, including a Golden Globe, MTV Movie Awards, a Critics’ Choice Award, and a Satellite Award. In June 2025, he received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. He has also supported charities such as 21st Century Leaders, Global Green, and Whatever It Takes.
