Bob Saget was a comedy favorite with a knack for making all sorts smile. He rose to fame as the deadpan dad Danny Tanner on ‘Full House’, leading the series alongside John Stamos, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, and Lori Loughlin for 8 seasons from 1987 to 1995. Drawing on his silly charm, he went on to become a household favorite as the host of ‘America’s Funniest Home Videos’.
Though best known for his family-friendly work like ‘Full House’ and ‘America’s Funniest Home Videos’, the Philadelphia, PA native had a secret edge for raunchy comedy, as seen in his stand-up routines and the documentary ‘The Aristocrats’. In 2016, he reprised his role as Danny Tanner for the Netflix reboot ‘Fuller House’. Bob, a father of 3, passed away on Jan. 9, 2022 in Orlando, Florida. He was 65.
