As most NBA fans know, Lebron is the first active basketball player to become a billionaire. He currently has a net worth of $1.2 billion, according to Forbes.
As of now, Lebron is not retiring. After an upsetting loss against the Minnesota Timberwolves in April 2025, Lebron was asked about his future in the NBA. After a reporter asked if he was retiring, Lebron responded, “I don’t know the answer to that right now, to be honest. So, we’ll see,” according to ESPN.
“I don’t have an answer to that. Something I’ll sit down with my family, my wife and my support group and kind of just talk through it and see what happens,” Lebron added. “And just have a conversation with myself on how long I want to continue to play.”
