Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas looked like the perfect couple even before they were dating. Before that, they had started communicating via text in 2016 after Nick slid into Priyanka’s DMs on social media.
Nick and Priyanka met for the first time at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party in 2017. That April, one week before the Met Gala, they met up for a drink in New York City, and Nick even went back to Priyanka’s place, but nothing came of it. They reunited at the Met Gala in 2018, which is when the romance took off. They went on a date at the end of that month and Nick was down on one knee to propose by Priyanka’s birthday in July. The two tied the knot at the end of 2018, just six months after they got together.
In January 2022, Nick and Priyanka welcomed a baby girl named Malti via surrogate. Malti was born an entire trimester premature, and spent more than 100 days in the hospital NICU before she was able to come home.
