Inaba met accountant Jesse Sloan on eHarmony in 2009. She deliberately left her photo and profession out of her profile so potential matches could get to know her without focusing on her celebrity status. “In his picture, I felt like I already knew him,” she later told Access Hollywood, according to ABC News.
Sloan proposed during Live With Regis and Kelly on March 31, 2011. Although Inaba accepted, the wedding never happened. Her representative confirmed in September 2012 that they had ended their engagement earlier that summer and remained friends.
